Seattle-based technology news site GeekWire serves over 3 million monthly readers. The publication throws an annual awards event celebrating the innovative technology businesses that make the Northwest great. Nearly 1,000 people attend the event each year—from startups to the Fortune 500, employees to CEOs.

In 2013 I partnered with GeekWire, leading a team to develop a fresh visual identity for the event, a media kit, award category bumper videos, and a lengthy animated video to kickoff the ceremonies. These materials are all still in use today, with new kickoff videos being produced for 2014, 2015, and 2016.
